Congrats on finishing the 20 day new coach training! Completing this shows that you take your business seriously! You now have a strong foundation for your business, and as the CEO - you get to make your business whatever you want it to be!

 

For you business builders, here are my personal recommendations for you next steps: 

 

1. if you haven't already,make emerald a serious goal to hit within 2 weeks max. this is critcial for growing a solid finanical business. 

 

2. set your diamond date and send it to your coach. figure out what you need to do to make the diamond goal happen (ex: sign 1-2 coaches a week for the next 6 weeks)

 

3. self evaluate. figure out the areas you feel you need more training in & go get yourself trained in those areas.

 

4. check out the top trainings section of our site for more in depth training to help you take your business to the next level.

 

5. keep going :) there will be tough times in this business. remember your why. keep your goals where you can see them. don't forget that personal development is a vital behavior. so many coaches quit right before they are about to take off - commit to being in this long term, and your life will never be the same!
